Smart Glass Ltd was contracted by Victoria Mutual Property Services Ltd to supply and install over 10,000.00 square feet of solar Film and over 2000 square feet of solar safety film at the property located at 73-35 Half Way Tree Road, Kingston 10.
The contract was completed on schedule for the contracted sum and the quality of work was good. Smart Glass was responsive and very helpful regarding the appropriate tinting solution.
Since the installation of the solar and safety films in July 2012, the total kilowatt hour electricity consumption has decreased by 5% each month. It must be noted that 40% of the glass panels had solar films which were installed over 10 years.
We were very satisfied with the project and highly recommend Smart Glass for works of a similar nature.
